ROTARY  BIN  DISCHARGER (BinEx)  Functional & Structural Description

The BinEx is a silo discharge feeder which is: capable of continuously discharging cohesive bulk materials having high moisture content.  available in a range of sizes from 1.5 m to 6.0 m in diameter. by varying the speed of the drive, you're able to control the discharge of the bulk material. The discharge arm undercuts the silo wall eliminating any material buildup on the wall edges and is lined with wear resistant material.   WTW uses a stainless steel liner on FGD Gypsum.       The example above shows the beam of the discharge are lined with wear resistant material for handling very abrasive loads.  The Rotary Bin Discharger ( BinEx ) is custom engineered to provide the accuracy you cannot get from fabricated equipment.

BinEx with self-supporting cone

• eliminates the need for supports in the silo or bin.

• distance between cone and wall, is therefore unhindered by supports and can be three times greater than designs that require supports. 

• ideal for accomplishing mass flow when feeding materials like FGD Gypsum, synthetic Gypsum, Marl, Clay or recycleables.
  

 
BinEx with Internal Drive

• ensures a dust and pressure tight condition utilizing a specially designed silo.

• used with bulk material which could self ignite, cause dust explosions or is necessary for environmental reasons.
